• 2020 Cheryl White Memorial Scholarship - $2,000.00

    Student must be a Medford resident graduating senior entering a trade school or 2/4 year college and have a GPA of 2.5 or better.
    Student must have a history of active involvement in athletics, extra-curricular activities or work experIence.
    Student must have shown a commitment to their community through a minimum of 100 hours of meaningful community service/work experience during their high school years.
    LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (LOR) IS REQUIRED from a faculty member, community organizer, or employer who has worked with applicant for a minimum of 1 year. LOR must include reference's name, address, telephone number, and information regarding how long and in what capacity he/she has known the applicant.
    TRANSCRIPT IS REQUIRED and must be submitted along with application and LOR.
    Student must be present at Chamber Annual Banquet to receive scholarship.
    This application, and any other documentation, along with your High School Transcript, must be returned to, Executive Director, Medford Chamber of Commerce, One Shipyard Way, Ste.# 302, Medford, MA 02155 no later than May 29, 2020. Information may be submitted on a typed document.
